Do not Skip meals!
When you skip meals
your metabolism slows down, and you are not burning calories like you should. Your
body think that you are starving so when you eat again, yours body stores away
more then usual resulting is more fast.

someone or work out with a buddy.
3-Exercise at least 30 minutes per day and incorporate weight training.
