Do  not  Skip  meals!
When you skip meals your metabolism slows down, and you are not burning calories like you should. Your body think that you are starving so when you eat again, yours body stores away more then usual resulting is more fast.

23-Consume plenty of waters as it is very essential for the proper functioning of your body, so drink water on regular intervals, so that your never get de-hydrated.
